Percy Miller, meglio noto come Master P, è un artista americano e imprenditore. E' il fondatore della P.Miller Enterprises. Dopo aver frequentato l'Università di Houston si è trasferito a Richmond e ha aperto una piccola attività, la No Limit Records. Nel corso della sua carriera musicale ha vinto 5 Grammy per le sue canzoni tra cui, il classico "Make Em Say Ughh".
